Viya Rewards FAQ

• Enrolling onto Viya Rewards

  Viya will automatically recognise you as a Viya Golf member. You will be able to enjoy your membership benefits and earn loyalty reward points at the same time through the app.

  To enjoy Viya Rewards, we will need to have your current mobile number in our records. If you need to update your mobile number, simply contact Membership Services at the clubs. This will ensure that you can gain full access to the app’s benefits and rewards program, as well as member golf and dining booking privileges.

  If you have a family member or corporate membership, we will need the mobile numbers of each named member so that they can also access membership benefits through Viya.

Earning Points

With Viya, you can automatically earn up to AED 1 for every AED 10 you spend on dining and leisure outlets based on the net value of your bill. To earn Viya points, please have your phone and Viya app logged in to process the transaction and recognize you as a member. Viya offers your 25% members F&B discount on total net bill on standard price items. Viya also offers exclusive promotions through the category tabs. Your 25% member F&B discount does not apply for these promotions showcased in the app, as discounts do not apply in conjunction with any promotions in Viya. Viya Golf Members can not earn Viya points on Events, Functions or Membership Renewals.

• Member Discount

  When you use your 25% member F&B discount at Viya Golf, you earn 5% in Viya points based on the net value of your bill:

  Total (including charges)	AED 100
  -        Member F&B Discount @ 25%	-        AED 25
  Net Bill	AED 75
  Points Earned @ 5%	AED 3.75
  Effective Discount	AED 28.75

• Non-Viya Golf Outlets

  You will not be able to apply your 25% member F&B discount at non-Viya Golf participating outlets; however, you will still be able to earn up to AED 1 for every AED 10 you spend on all transactions in these outlets.

• Viya Digital Voucher

  In addition to Viya points, members who spend a net value of AED 3,000 per calendar month on Viya will automatically receive a Viya digital voucher worth AED 100 to spend across Viya Golf outlets. This benefit is exclusive to Viya Golf members on the Viya app.

Paying with Viya

Start earning points with Viya from your very first dining and leisure transactions, including special promotions for academy and leisure.

Scan your unique QR code with the outlet server and choose whether you want to pay with Viya points, pay with cash or credit card, or charge to your Membership account.

• Pay with Points

  You can spend any Viya points you have earned with every transaction. 

  At the point of sale, simply slide the points scroller to select how many points you wish to spend, and the value will automatically be deducted from your transaction.

  
  
  

• Partial Points

  You can choose to spend any amount of points in conjunction with cash or credit card payments on all transactions with Viya.

• In-App Credit Card Payment

  To make payments even easier, add your credit card to Viya and make all your transactions through our secure payment gateway. Apple Pay coming soon!

• Traditional Forms of Payment

  You can still charge your bill to your membership account, or pay for transactions with cash or credit card.

  If you wish to settle your bill using any of the above forms of payment, simply select 'Pay at Outlet' at the point of sale.

Golf Booking

Following extensive feedback from the members, booking your golf is simpler than ever with Viya.

You will enroll on to the app to reflect your membership category and privileges. As a Viya Golf member on Viya you’ll enjoy a private golf-booking screen with your booking window; with peak and non-peak views as we strive to better manage demand during peak booking periods. You can also register for all club tournaments through Viya.

You will also be able to view, manage and cancel all of your upcoming golf bookings through the app. The tee time reservation can be added to your calendar by selecting ‘Add to Calendar’.

• Tournaments

  You can also register for all club tournaments through Viya. If you are eligible to book, you will see a blue sign-up button under ‘Tournament Details’.

• Peak View

  Peak view will display during our busiest member golf booking periods, such as Tuesday and Wednesday mornings from 6am to 9am. In peak view, members will access booking times through a tee time scroll for ease of use. Upon time selection, Viya will then return the closest available booking to your request.

• Non-Peak View

  In non-peak booking, members will be able to view the entire tee sheet on the day they wish to play golf. Viya will display availability and bookings across all four-balls, so you’ll be able to see for example, if there’s already a two-ball booking on the time that you are looking to play.

General Public Users

The Viya app will be available to download to the wider general public. Public users will not have access to the members' privilege screen for golf booking, and will not gain the benefit of the 25% member F&B discount at Dubai Golf outlets.

Future Developments

As we enhance the experience of Viya in the coming weeks and months, members will eventually be able to book other club services through Viya, such golf academy lessons and Topgolf. We will also work hard to add international courses to the app so that you can book and enjoy golf when abroad. As more outlets come on-board during the coming weeks and months, Viya members will soon be able to enjoy a host of dining, leisure and hotel offers across Dubai - all through the app.
