Viya Golf & Dubai Golf honoured in the 59club’s ‘Eminent Collection'
Dubai, United Arab Emirates: Earlier this week, the industry’s best performing properties and leaders were announced as 59club unveiled their Eminent Collection – signifying the benchmark of excellence within the Global Golf & Hospitality landscape.
Eligibility into the Collection is based on venues or individuals, acquiring points for performance over a minimum of 5 years. Awarded for being nominated, and winning service accolades, having team members who achieve that level, and working as a team to achieve silver and gold flags, podium, or our ultimate awards.
Out of the twelve properties from within 59club’s international network achieved the Benchmark of Excellence, three were from the Dubai Golf & Viya Golf portfolio, including Dubai Creek Golf & Yacht Club (represented by David Taggart), Emirates Golf Club (represented by Matthew Perry and Barney Coleman), and Yas Links Abu Dhabi (represented by Julian Danby).
In addition to the wider property recognition, individuals from across the group are recognised having achieved industry honors including outstanding high-performance leaders Barney Coleman, Club Manager, Emirates Golf Club and Christopher May, Chief Executive Officer, Dubai Golf. Stephen Hubner Club Manager, Jumeirah Golf Estates was also recognised having achieved the benchmark of excellence required to be invited into 59club’s Eminent Collection, having maintained exceptionally high standards during their long-serving engagement with 59club.
