Thomas Gracey is a PGA-qualified Teaching Professional from Northern Ireland and a key member of the coaching team at Yas Links Abu Dhabi. With over 8 years of experience in the golf industry, Thomas is recognised for his structured and engaging coaching style, which helps golfers of all ages and abilities build confidence, understand their swing, and experience real progress on the course.
He has extensive experience in both junior and adult coaching, with a strong track record of developing competitive players. Many of his junior students regularly compete in regional tournaments, and he takes pride in guiding them through structured pathways that focus on both technical skill and mindset.
Before joining Yas Links, Thomas was a Senior Teaching Professional at Abu Dhabi Golf Club. There, he played a central role in academy operations, built successful junior and men’s programs, and introduced new systems that increased participation.
He also headed junior coaching for the Emirates Golf Federation (EGF) in Abu Dhabi, working closely with players in the UAE National Team to help prepare them for high-level competition.
Thomas holds a range of professional certifications, including Trackman (Level 1&2), Swing Catalyst, and U.S. Kids Golf, which he integrates into a modern, results-driven coaching experience.
He is passionate about tailoring each lesson to match the individual’s needs—whether technical, physical, or mental—to ensure every student progresses with purpose and confidence.
