Every Saturday, Villa Sélène takes on a Côte d’Azur rhythm - an à la carte Mediterranean brunch set across sun-drenched terraces overlooking the mangroves. Light, open, and made to be enjoyed without rushing.
The menu is built around precision and flavour. Start with scallops crudo or a classic Niçoise, move through fritto misto and live stations, then into the Josper grill - seabass, wagyu rib eye, and more, all cooked over fire and served with depth and balance.
