- Children under 5 years old must be supervised by a parent or nanny at all times.
- Children aged 6 to 8 years old (inclusive) may play independently at Little Acres.
- Children aged 8 and above are not permitted in the indoor playground area.

- All birthday party reservations last for three hours and include full access to Little Acres facilities.
- Reservations for 12 - 19 children are on a non-exclusive basis.
- A 50% deposit is required upon booking confirmation.
- A 14-day cancellation policy applies with a non-refundable deposit upon late cancellation.
- Food and beverage packages charged separately.
- 25% Members' discount applies on food and beverage.
