With over thirty three years of experience as a PGA Professional, Joe has built an international coaching career spanning four continents, working with golfers of all ages, nationalities and abilities. His distinguished career has included senior coaching and leadership roles across the UK, USA, China, South Korea and the UAE.
Joe’s philosophy is simple: great coaching should be individual, engaging and results-driven. Whether you are taking up golf for the first time, looking to build confidence or an experienced player striving to lower your scores, Joe tailors every lesson to the individual.
Using a detailed understanding of swing mechanics, impact factors, ball flight and short-game performance, Joe identifies the key areas that can make the greatest difference to each golfer. Lessons are supported by personalised drills and practice plans, allowing students to continue developing between sessions and make lasting improvements to their game.
A strong believer in growing the game of golf, Joe is particularly passionate about creating welcoming and enjoyable pathways for new golfers. He continues to develop the Men’s and Ladies Golf Development Programs, alongside individual coaching, helping more players discover the enjoyment, challenge and social benefits that golf can offer.
Joe is committed to remaining at the forefront of modern golf coaching and continually invests in his own professional development and education. He has completed his PGA Director of Golf qualification and was among the first professionals to achieve PGA Advanced Professional status under the new PGA Excel framework in 2024.
